    I come back with price, timeline, and terms. You accept and pay upfront.

  3. 03Design.

    All work lands in the portal as versioned deliverables. You get an email each time.

  4. 04Sign-off.

    Approvals are logged with a timestamp. Revision rounds are agreed up front.

  5. 05Handoff.

    Files delivered. Retainer clients roll straight into the next month.
